TERMS & CONDITIONS
To secure your wedding date in my diary, a non-refundable deposit is required. This deposit, calculated based on the total booking amount, will be deducted from your final balance. You will receive all final invoices 14 days prior to the event.

For travel beyond a 5-mile radius from my postcode, a charge of 60p per mile will apply for the round trip. Any parking costs will be added to the final bill, along with any travel fees incurred for tube and rail. Please note that these travel charges apply to all bridal previews and bookings, and are in addition to any promotional discounts.
For larger bookings (bride +5 or more), an assistant makeup artist will be required. An assistant fee of £80.00 per assistant, plus travel calculated from their postcode to the location and return, will also be added to the final invoice. We’ll discuss this during your preview to ensure everything meets your needs.

Please remember that all deposit fees are non-refundable if the booking is canceled by the customer. Final payments must be made in full three working days before the event. Failure to complete this payment may result in cancellation of the booking. If unforeseen circumstances arise that prevent me from carrying out the service, I will make every effort to find a replacement artist. If this isn’t possible, a full refund will be honored within three working days.

Full wedding terms and conditions are outlined in the WEDDING CONTRACT shared with you during the booking process (I promise it’s not as wordy or scary as it sounds!).

FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS
How do I secure my wedding date with you?
A non-refundable deposit will secure your wedding date in my diary. This balance is deducted from the final invoice due 3 working days before the event.
How much time do you allocate for each person on the wedding day?
Prior to the wedding day I will formulate a times sheet. I allocate 1 hour 15 minutes for the bride and 45 minutes - 1 hour per bridesmaid/additional person.
When shall I book my bridal preview?
I recommend booking your trial 2-3 months prior to your wedding date. This is only a guidance and ultimately it is your choice. Just be mindful to get it book in sooner rather than later as dates get filled quickly.
Where do you hold your previews?
All bridal previews are held in my beautiful, private makeup space located in Brighton.
How long do I need for a preview?
I recommend allowing yourself 2-3 hours as it's a step by step process and takes time (plus there's no fun in rushing!). My advice, always allow for more time than not enough!
I have a big bridal party. How many people can you get ready?
This depends on how much time we have for the morning and how early we can realistically start. If you are a large wedding booking (bride +5 or more) then I will require a second artist on the job. We'll talk this through during your bridal preview.
Can I bring someone along to my preview?
Absolutely! My makeup studio is spacious and comfortable for two additional people.
Shall I come to my preview with makeup on or off?
If possible, rock up with beautiful bare skin wearing only your skincare products.
Do you provide false eyelashes? I'm questioning eyelash extensions...
I have a variety of both individual or strip lashes in faux or mink. If you are unsure, then why not book your trial and try my lashes first.
Does it matter if I am more tanned on my wedding day?
Absolutely not! I always have my full kit with me so I will colour match you on the day with the same foundation used in your preview.
Do I need to buy lipstick to reapply on the wedding day?
I provide you with a bespoke wedding touch up kit which will include your lipstick. If you want to buy your wedding lippy, then happy shopping!
What payment methods do you take?
I accept cash and bank transfer only.
I'm still quite anxious about COVID, what precautions do you take?
The health and safety of myself and my clients is paramount. I maintain an extremely high standard of hygiene practices and ensure that these are followed by assistant artists and clients in my chair. All makeup stations are sanitised accordingly and any tools and brushes are sanitised with isopropyl alcohol between clients. At the end of the working day, my brushes get shampoo washed and my makeup gets sanitised. Please rest assured that you are in safe hands. My presentation and kit speaks for itself!
Do you only offer bridal makeup?
I offer occasion, event, photoshoot and stage makeup.
